Until now.
I've had two readers comment in the past two years. One was another blogger/author I quoted on unemployed networking. The last was a government employee responding to my entry on gay Berkeley-radical culture clash over an anti-Bush bumper sticker. My readership is 50% career coaches and 50% government tools looking for anti-American bloggers intent on moral, ethical, and rational corruption. The first guy was responding only because I quoted him; He likely does searches on his name all the time to read who's talking about him. Only the U.S. government seems interested in my actual content.
Until Later.
I'm suspending further public blog postings. The only reason to venture from my journal is to enjoy public comments. This is not satisfying. Until I can either find a formulae to entice vapid and copious public responses, access is available only by subscription. I'm going to return to journals. Maybe I'll find you there (?).
